End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and GMR Digital for the use of our digital products and services.

Grant of License

Upon purchase, GMR Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products for personal or business use only. This license is limited to the number of users specified in your purchase.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the products for personal or internal business purposes
• Make copies for backup purposes
• Modify templates for your specific needs
• Use the products on multiple devices owned by you

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the products with third parties
• Use the products for any illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the products
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Use the products in violation of any applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. GMR Digital retains all rights, title, and interest in the products.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. GMR Digital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GMR Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the products.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
